Ways to run a social media performance report
1. Go to Reports > Run Report > Run report > Social media performance
2. Go to Reports > Run Report > Schedule report > Select report type: Social media performance
Metrics provided in the social media performance report
(Note that the available social media metrics vary per network selected)
Summary count of fans, posts, engagement, and awareness
Number of net followers gained in a given timeframe
New followers gained during the selected period and the total followers
Daily engagement by network during the selected period
Total fans and engagement across all networks
Published posts by network during the selected period
Mentions, shares, and messages per network for the selected period
Number of interactions generated by hashtags
