The AI summary is a short narrative at the top of your report that highlights the key insights from your social media performance. It helps your team spot trends, wins, and areas to watch without reading every chart.
What the AI summary includes
- A high-level overview of performance changes
- Trends across your channels
- Highlights on engagement, impressions, audience growth, and content performance
- Context you can share with clients or stakeholders
How to turn off the AI summary
The AI summary is on by default. To hide it, create or edit a report template without it. Learn more about templates in How to customize your reports.
1. Go to Reports and click Custom reports in the top right corner.
2. Select an existing template or create a new one.
3. In the report builder, scroll to the AI summary block.
4. In the right panel, uncheck AI summary.
5. Click Save template.
6. Select the template the next time you run or schedule a report.
Reports generated with this template no longer include the AI summary.
To turn the AI summary back on, edit the template and check AI summary again.
