What this means is that the analytics feature on your TikTok account is not activated yet. This feature is essential for Vista Social to access and display your TikTok performance data in reports.
Here's a quick fix:
Follow the steps below to enable analytics for your TikTok profile:
1. Open your TikTok app on your mobile device.
2. Tap on the 3 lines at the top right and depending on your app's version, go to Creator Tools or TikTok Studio.
3. Here, you will see the option to Get started with your TikTok analytics. Tap on it and follow the prompts to enable this!
4. Once this is done, go back to Vista Social to refresh your profile connection and you're all set!
