An AI summary automatically generates a narrative that highlights key insights from your social media performance report. It helps teams quickly understand trends, wins, and areas to watch without manually interpreting charts or metrics.
If you'd prefer to hide the AI summary in certain reports, you can do that by creating or editing a custom report template.
What is the AI report summary about?
The AI summary appears near the top of your report and provides:
A high-level overview of performance changes
Insights into trends across channels
Highlights on engagement, impressions, audience growth, and content performance
Helpful context for clients or stakeholders
How to turn off your AI summary
The AI summary is enabled in reports by default. You can remove or hide the AI summary by using the report builder to create a template without it.
1. Open the report builder
Go to Reports, then select Custom Reports in the top right corner.
2. Choose or create a template
Select an existing template or click to create a new one.
3. Locate the AI summary section
In the report builder interface, scroll to the AI summary block.
4. Disable the AI summary
On the right-side panel, uncheck AI summary or choose No AI summary, depending on the controls that appear in your template.
5. Save your template and apply it to your next report
Click Save template to apply these settings.
Apply your new report template the next time you run or schedule a report.
Any report generated using this template will no longer include the AI summary.
