When you connect a social profile to Vista Social, the platform automatically pulls in historical data depending on each network's API capabilities.
All Vista Social plans include up to 60 days of historical data backfill (where supported by the platform). For extended historical data (depending on each platform's maximum limits), contact your account manager to discuss availability.

Note If you’ve just connected your profiles, the data might not be fully synced for the first few hours yet. It usually takes up to 48–72 hours for a complete sync and for all metrics to appear. This allows the system to process and update your data a few times. |

Please note:
For Instagram profiles, backfill availability depends on the date your profile was converted, for example, when an Instagram account was switched to a Business or Creator account.
Audience metrics like follower counts are often limited or not backfillable due to API restrictions.
