When scheduling reports in Vista Social, you can customize both the email subject and email content before the report is sent. This allows you to personalize how reports appear in your recipients’ inboxes and provide helpful context.

How to customize email subject and content in report emails

While scheduling a report, scroll down to the Customize email section.
a. In the Email subject field, enter the subject line recipients will see in their inbox. This helps set expectations and makes the report easy to recognize.
b. In the Email content field, write the message that will appear in the body of the email. You may use this space to add context, explain what the report covers, or personalize the message for your audience.
Select Schedule to save your settings and schedule the report delivery.
