Let's take a peek at how your TikTok analytics will look when you run a Social Media Performance Report or a Post Performance Report with Vista Social!
Profile Performance Report
TikTok Summary
The top cards show your headline totals for Followers, Posts, Engagement, Awareness, and Impressions, each with the percentage change against the comparison period. Awareness counts mentions, shares, and messages. Impressions for TikTok come from video views, which is why this number matches the Views total later in the report.
Audience growth
A line chart of your follower count across both the current and comparison periods. Below it you'll see followers lost during the period and your total follower count.
Engagement
Daily engagement split into likes, comments, and shares. The totals for each type appear below the chart, so you can see which interaction is driving your numbers. Spikes usually line up with the days you published.
Views
How many times your videos were viewed each day, with the total and period-over-period change.
Profile views
How many times people visited your TikTok profile page. This is separate from video views and tends to rise when a video drives people to check out the account.
Videos
The number of videos published each day during the selected period.
Followers gender
Your follower breakdown by gender (Female, Male, Other), shown as counts and percentages. This reflects your current audience, not just the selected date range.
Followers countries
The top countries where your followers are located, with a map view. Countries outside the top list are grouped under Others.
Follower activity
When your followers are active on TikTok, by hour of day. The timezone is shown on the chart (America/New_York in this sample) and follows your profile group settings. Use this to pick posting times.
Reached and engaged audience
Daily reached audience is the number of unique users who saw your content. Daily engaged audience is the number of unique users who interacted with it. These count people, not views, so they can drop even when total views go up (one person watching several times counts once).
Hashtags & interactions
A word cloud of the hashtags used in your videos, sized by the interactions each one generated. Hashtags outside the top list are grouped under Other.
Post Performance Report
Per post averages
This table shows what an average video achieved during the period. You'll see total posts, total engagement, average engagement per post, engagement rate (ER%), total views, and average views per post, each with the change against the comparison period. Averages are the fairest way to compare periods when you posted more or fewer videos.
Posting timeline
The number of posts published each day. Line this up against your engagement to see whether busier posting days paid off.
Engagement quality
The share of impressions that turned into an interaction (like, comment, save, or share) versus impressions that didn't. Next to the chart you'll find your current engagement rate, total engagement interactions, and total impressions.
Posts and engagement by tag
Two donut charts built from the tags you add to posts in Vista Social. The left chart shows what share of your posts used each tag. The right chart shows what share of total engagement each tag earned. When a tag's engagement share is bigger than its post share, that content type is outperforming. Posts without a tag appear as none.
Audience retention
How many viewers are still watching after a given amount of time into your videos. Use it to spot where people drop off.
Viewers by types
Two breakdowns of who watched your videos: followers versus non-followers, and new viewers versus returning viewers. A high non-follower share means TikTok is pushing your content beyond your existing audience.
Views by sources
Where your video views came from: For You, Search, Personal Profile, Follow, and Others. For most accounts, the For You feed drives the bulk of views.
Posts performance
A table of every post published in the period, sorted by engagement by default. For each post you'll see the type (Video, Image, or Carousel), views, engagement, ER%, reach, FYP% (the share of that post's views that came from the For You feed), likes, comments, saves, shares, and publish date. Any tags on the post appear under its caption. Click a column header to sort by a different metric. This table runs across two pages when you have a lot of posts.
