The review performance report is a report that analyzes the performance of all reviews received from supported networks.
Ways to run a review performance report
1. Go to Reports > Run Report > Run report > Review performance
2. Go to Reports > Run Report > Schedule report > Select report type: Review performance
Metrics provided in the review performance report
(Note that the available social media metrics vary per network selected)
Summary of reviews and ratings count
Number of reviews per network within selected date range
Number of reviews by star rating
Reviews received during the selected period
