The Paid Performance Report gives you a full overview of how your paid social ad campaigns are performing across multiple ad platforms.
This report helps answer key questions such as:
How are my ad campaigns performing across different networks?
Which campaigns and platforms drive the best results?
What is my total ad spend, CPC, reach, and impressions across all accounts?
By analyzing both paid and organic activity, you get a complete picture of your social media performance and can make more informed decisions about your advertising strategy.

How to run a paid performance report
Follow the steps outlined below to generate and interpret your Post Performance Report effectively.
- Go to Reports → Paid performance.
- At the top right, you can select a custom template you’ve created for this report type, adjust the date range and date of comparison, refresh the report data, or export the report using different options. Learn more here.
- If you're scheduling it for a future date and time, go to Reports → Schedule report → Select report type → Paid performance.
Cross channel metrics provided in the paid performance report
Summary of spend, engagement, impressions, and reach
At the top of the report, you’ll find key metrics across all connected ad networks:
Spend: Your total ad spend for the selected date range.
Engagement: Total number of paid and organic interactions (likes, comments, clicks, etc.).
Impressions: How many times your ads were shown.
Reach: How many unique users saw your ads.
You can also compare performance versus a previous time period and toggle between cross-channel or individual network views.
Paid vs. Organic
This section breaks down performance by Paid and Organic activity, so you can understand where your results are coming from. It shows the percentage split of engagement, impressions, and reach between paid campaigns and organic posts.
Spend by network
Shows how your ad budget is distributed across each connected ad account. This helps you see which platform you’re investing in most heavily and whether your spending aligns with your campaign goals.
Engagement by network
Displays interactions per platform, separating organic from paid engagement. Use this section to identify which platforms generate the most engagement and which may need optimization.
Impressions by network
Highlights where your ads are being seen most. You can quickly identify which networks are delivering the largest number of impressions and how paid versus organic impressions compare.
Daily spend
Shows estimated daily ad spend across all connected ad accounts. This section helps you visualize spending patterns and identify spikes or drops in your ad activity.
You’ll also see a total spend summary and performance comparison to the previous period.
Paid engagement
Tracks daily engagement activity generated by paid campaigns. In the graph, you’ll find a breakdown by network showing:
- Total interactions
- Organic engagement
- Paid engagement
Use this to understand how much of your engagement is driven by ads versus organic content.
Paid impressions
Displays daily paid impressions by network, allowing you to track how your ads are being served across time.
A total paid impressions summary is also included, showing performance change compared to the previous period.
