Vista Social offers both organic and paid analytics. Organic analytics are available across our reporting by simply connecting your social profile to Vista Social. Enabling Paid analytics does require an extra step. The user must associate an ad account with their social profile.
For example, your Facebook page is connected to your account. If you have an ad account associated with that page, you would need to associate that ad account with your page.
To make this association, please follow these steps
- Please go to Settings → Connected Profiles and click on a profile you want to associate ad account with.
- Scroll down to the Ad Account section
- Please pick an ad account from the drop-down
- Done! Your profile is now linked to your ad account.
Important
Connecting user must have access to the ad account. If you do not see any or some ad accounts in this dropdown, this means that the user who connected this profile does not have access to the ad account. You must either gain such access or have another user who can connect the social profile.
Once the link between an ad account and a profile is established, please allow 24 hours for ad reporting data to be downloaded.
Important
Please note that we would only be able to go back 30 days in your paid data.
