Vista Social’s Benchmark Reporting feature enables users to compare their social media performance against industry standards or competitors. With this tool, brands and agencies can quickly gauge how they measure up, helping refine strategies for better results.

How to use Benchmark Reporting with Vista Social

To get started, go to Reports → select Industry benchmark.
At the top right, you can select a custom template you’ve created for this report type, adjust the date range and date of comparison, refresh the report data, or export the report using different options. Learn more here.
Vista Social automatically identifies the industry category for each connected profile, enabling seamless comparisons with other profiles in the same industry. This allows users to instantly benchmark their performance against relevant competitors without manual setup.
If the assigned industry category doesn’t feel accurate, users can easily update it. Simply navigate to Settings → Connected Profiles and adjust the industry category of your social profile to ensure precise benchmarking.
