You are not an owner of the page
One of the most common reasons you may be facing this issue is that you're not the owner of the channel. YouTube doesn’t currently allow “managers” or any other access levels to connect channels to tools like Vista Social.
So if I’m not the owner, but still need to be able to manage this channel, what do I do??
Not to worry, you can invite the owner of the YouTube channel as a user of that Profile Group in Vista Social. We have instructions on adding users who will be connecting social profiles to your Vista Social account.
