1. You're not logged in to the right Facebook Personal Profile
2. You may not have given us all the necessary permissions to your account

You're not logged in to the right Facebook Personal Profile
You can quickly check if the Facebook Personal Profile you're logged in with has access to the page you're trying to connect by clicking on this link.
- If the page/s are listed there, great! You may move on to the second step below.
- If the page is not listed, you are probably logged in with the wrong Facebook Personal Profile or do not have admin access to the page you're trying to connect.
You may not have given us all the necessary permissions to your account
You may not have given us the permissions we need for your account. This typically happens when you try to connect to your Facebook page for the first time. All the permissions should be accepted when connecting to 3rd party tools like Vista Social. To fix this:

On Facebook, click on Settings & Privacy, then Settings.
- Scroll down on the left menu 'til you see Your Activity, and then click on Business integrations.
- Once there, click on the Remove button to the right of Vista Social.
- Now, head over to your Vista Social account and try connecting Facebook once more!
