If you've reached this page when trying to connect your Facebook Page but notice the one you want to connect is missing, this article will help you get up and running quickly!
There are the 2 most common reasons why you may having this issue:
1. You're not logged in with the right Facebook Personal Profile
2. You may not have give us all the necessary permissions to your account
1. You're not logged in with the right Facebook Personal Profile
You can check if the Facebook Personal Profile you're logged in with has access to the page you're trying to connect by clicking on this link https://www.facebook.com/pages/?category=your_pages&ref=bookmarks
If the page is listed there, great! 🎉
Move on to step 2 below.
If the page is not listed, you are probably logged in with the wrong Facebook Personal Profile or do not have admin access to the page you're trying to connect.
2. You may not have given us all the necessary permissions to your account
You may not have given us the permissions we need for your account. This typically happens when you try to connect to your Facebook page for the first time.
Fixing this is fairly simple.
On Facebook click on Settings & Privacy then Settings
Click on Security and login and then Business Integrations
Once there, click on the Remove button to the right of 'Vista Social'
Now head over to your Vista Social account and try connecting Facebook once more.
