Need to connect a social profile, but you don't have owner or admin access to it? Invite the person who does as a team member. They can connect the profile to your Vista Social account without getting access to anything else.
How to invite a user to connect profiles
1. Click Quick add in the left menu and select Add a team member.
2. Enter the user's first name, last name, and email, and choose their User system language. Select Invite as Restricted User and click Continue.
3. Choose the profile group the user should connect the profiles to.
4. Set the Profiles permission to Manage. This lets the user connect and remove profiles. Then click Save to send the invitation.
|
Note You can adjust the other permissions too, depending on what else the user should be able to do. |
5. The user gets an email invitation to set up their Vista Social account.
6. Once they accept, they can click Quick add > Add a social profile and connect the profiles you need.
