What does Initializing mean?
Initializing means Vista Social is connecting to your profile and syncing its data, such as posts, messages, comments, and engagement metrics.
Why does it take time?
It depends on how much data the profile has and on the network's load. Large profiles, or connections made during busy times, can take longer.
What if it takes more than 24 hours?
Initializing usually finishes within an hour or a few hours. If the status stays for more than 24 hours, contact our support team.
