Your Vista Social calendar can be displayed in several ways, so you can choose how much detail you see for each post. You can switch between five calendar views, or open your posts in list or table view.

How to change the calendar view
- Go to Calendar.
- Click the Settings icon (gear) at the top left of the calendar.
- Under Post preview, select the view you want.
Large preview
Shows a large preview of each post. If a post includes images or a link preview, you see them right on the calendar, including every image in multi-image posts. Useful when you want to find a post by scanning visually.
Small preview
Shows the same image or link preview at a smaller size. Useful when you have a lot of scheduled posts and want to see more of them on one page.
Without preview
Shows the first line of text for each post, without images. Hover over a post to see its preview.
Condensed view
Shows how many posts are scheduled per network on each day. Useful when you have a lot of content and want a quick count.
Grouped view
Combines a post scheduled to multiple profiles into a single entry.
List view and table view
Besides the calendar, you can open your posts as a list or a table. Both open from the icons next to the Settings icon at the top left of the calendar. Clicking either one first opens a menu where you choose which posts to show: All posts, Drafts, Failed posts, Posts in review, Published posts, Rejected posts, Scheduled posts, Deleted posts, or Evergreen.
List view
Opens from the icon with the red badge.
- Shows your posts one after another with a large preview
- Ideal for checking how posts look with their images or videos
- Lets you review content by post status
Table view
Opens from the list icon (≡).
- Shows your posts in a table
- Includes engagement and impressions for each post
In both views, you can select multiple posts and take bulk actions: repurpose, delete, or add tags.
