How to repurpose posts in Vista Social

Repurposing posts is a great way to extend the life of your best-performing content. In Vista Social, you can easily duplicate and edit previously published posts for reuse across one or more social profiles.

How to repurpose posts in Vista Social:

1. In the profile selector on the left side, select the social profiles you want to publish to.

   

2. Go to the Calendar view and switch to List view.

   

3. Select the posts you want to repurpose by checking the boxes next to them.

   

4. Click the Repurpose button at the bottom of the screen.

   

5. In the repurpose window, you’ll see a list of the selected posts. Click into each post to make any edits (text, media, etc.). 

   

6. After editing, click Save changes, and you should return to the full list.

   

7. Set the publishing method: choose to queue the post, save as a draft, or an idea. If you want to schedule the posts for a specific date and time, simply click on each one to set the desired schedule.

   

8. Select the posts you want to schedule and click Next to complete the process. You can assign the posts for review or schedule them without going through approval.

   

   

That's it! Your posts are now repurposed and ready to go out.
