You can export your publishing calendar as a PDF, CSV, or ICS file. A PDF is handy for sharing upcoming posts with clients or collaborators, a CSV lets you analyze post data in a spreadsheet. You can also export to the universal calendar format (ICS).

How to export your calendar
- Go to Calendar.
- Click the export icon at the top right of the calendar, next to Create, then click Export.
- Under Export format, choose Portable Document Format (.pdf), Comma-separated values (.csv), or Universal calendar format (.ics).
- Choose the Timezone, From date, and To date.
- Click Export.
- When the file is ready, you'll receive an email with a download link.
Working with CSV exports
CSV files open in spreadsheet tools like Excel and Google Sheets, and can be imported into dashboarding tools like Looker and Tableau. Your export includes details such as the posting date and time, tags, and engagement and impressions metrics.

Q: Can I export my scheduled posts?
A: Exporting scheduled posts in CSV format is not currently supported. You can export them as a PDF or an ICS file instead.
