How to upgrade your subscription from Free to Pro/Pro+:
1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
2. If you are on a Free plan, you may upgrade to a Pro/Pro+ account by clicking the Upgrade button.
3. You will be redirected to the pricing page, select Upgrade to Pro.
4. Enter your card details and click Start trial.
How to downgrade your subscription from Pro/Pro+ to Free:
1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
2. Click to select Downgrade to Free Subscription.
How to add/reduce profiles in your plan
If you want to add or connect more profiles on your Pro or Pro+ plan but have reached your subscription limit, your can update your subscription:
1. Go to Settings > Plan & Billing.
2. Click Change Subscription.
3. Adjust the profile count using the +/- icon under Current Profiles. Click Confirm.
How to edit your billing details:
If you want to edit your name, email address, billing address, or VAT details for your invoices:
- Hover over to the "Billing Details" section of the Plan and Billing page and click on the "Change" button. This will allow you to make the necessary changes.
- Once you have made the changes, click on the "Update" button to save your changes.
How to update your payment method:
If you want to update the credit card you have on file:
- If you want to update the credit card you have on file, hover over to the "Payment Method" section of the Plan and Billing page and click on the "Change" button.
- You will be redirected to the Vista Social Billing page powered by Stripe, where you can edit your current card on file, add another payment method, and update your billing information (email address and billing address).
- If you want to view your invoice history, just scroll down to the bottom of the Vista Social Billing page, where you will find the "Invoice History" section. Here, you can view your past invoices.
If you want to see more details on your invoice, just click on the dialogue box launcher and another window will pop-up. Here, you can download your invoice or receipt.
