This guide explains how to update your subscription or billing details in Vista Social. Whether you need to change your plan, update payment details, or review billing history, the steps below will help you manage your account's Plan & Billing settings easily.

How to upgrade your subscription:
Important Updating billing details only applies to future invoices. |
- Go to Settings → Plan & Billing.

In your Subscription tab, click Change. If you are on a trial, click Upgrade.

You'll be taken to the pricing page, where you can upgrade to any of the plans we offer.
How to add profiles or advocacy users on the Enterprise plan
If you want to connect more social profiles on your Enterprise plan but have reached your current limit, you can update your subscription:
- In your Subscription tab, click Change on your Plan details.

Adjust the profile count using the +/- icon under Current Profiles/Advocacy. Click Confirm to save.
How to edit your billing details:
If you want to edit your name, email address, billing address, or VAT details for your invoices:
- Still under Plan & Billing in your Settings page, go to your Billing details tab and click on the Change button. This will allow you to make the necessary changes.
- Once you have made the changes, click on the Update button to save your changes.
How to downgrade your subscription:
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing and on your Subscription tab → Plan name, choose Change.
How to update your payment method:
If you want to update the credit card you have on file:
- To update the credit card on file, go to the Payment Method tab in the Plan and Billing page and click the Change button.
- You will be redirected to the Vista Social Billing page powered by Stripe, where you can edit your current card on file, add another payment method, and update your billing information (email address and billing address).
- If you want to view your invoice history, just scroll down to the bottom of the Vista Social Billing page, where you will find the "Invoice History" section. Here, you can view your past invoices.
4. If you want to see more details on your invoice, just click on the dialogue box launcher, and another window will pop up. Here, you can download your invoice or receipt.
