What notifications are available?
The Dashboard Notification Center displays recent activities related to your account, including, but not limited to:

Posts that have been published or scheduled

Alerts for publishing issues or profile problems

Updates on who scheduled or published a post (for team visibility)

How to access the notification dashboard

Log in to Vista Social.

On the left-hand menu, click Notifications (bell icon). Notifications are grouped under two tabs: All and Unread.

Click See all to go to the full Notifications page for a complete history.
How to customize notifications in the dashboard
1. Click the Notifications icon from the left-hand menu.
2. In the notification pop-up, click the three-dot menu (•••) in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Notification settings from the dropdown.
4. This will open your notification settings, where you can manage which notifications you'd like to receive.
5. Don't forget to save your changes by scrolling down at the bottom!
Available Notification Types:
- Comment notification – When a comment is received on your post.
- Draft created notification – When a new draft is created.
- Idea created notification – When an idea is saved.
- Post boost failed notification – When a post boost attempt fails.
- Post boosted notification – When a post is successfully boosted.
- Post deleted notification – When a scheduled or published post is deleted.
- Post failure notification – When a post fails to publish.
- Post published notification – When a post is successfully published.
- Post review notification – When a post is submitted for review or receives feedback.
- Post scheduled notification – When a post is scheduled.
- Post reminder notification – When a reminder is set for a post.
- Profile connected notification – When a profile is successfully connected.
- Profile removed notification – When a profile is disconnected.
- Task assigned notification – When a task is assigned to you.
Each of these notifications can be toggled on or off depending on your preferences.
