Troubleshooting recommendations for email receipt issues
1. You might need to enable email notifications in Settings
By default, all types of email notifications are enabled. However, users may occasionally forget that they've disabled these notifications, resulting in missed emails.
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Notifications to check.

2. Confirmation Emails: Resend
You can always resend a confirmation email from the top of your dashboard:

3. Add Vista Social to your Safe Sender/Contact
It's crucial to add Vista Social as a safe sender or as a known source in your email client.Â
Adding our email: notifications@vistasocial.com, to your Contacts or Approved senders list can help ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox - and not to a junk/spam folder.
