Troubleshooting recommendations for email receipt issues

You might need to enable email notifications in settings
By default, all types of email notifications are enabled. However, users may occasionally forget that they've disabled these notifications, resulting in missed emails.
Go to Settings → Account Settings → Notifications to check.

Resend your confirmation email
You can always resend a confirmation email from the top of your dashboard:

Add Vista Social to your safe sender/ saved contacts
It's crucial to add Vista Social as a safe sender or as a known source in your email client.
Adding our email: notifications@vistasocial.com, to your Contacts or Approved senders list can help ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox - and not to a junk/spam folder.

Note Vista Social emails may sometimes end up in your Spam, Junk or Trash folders, so be sure to check there first! If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab in your inbox as well. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I receive notifications for inbox engagements (comments, DMs, etc)
A: Not yet. Currently, you’ll only receive the types of notifications listed in your Settings. Inbox engagement notifications (like comments or DMs) aren’t supported for now.
