(#200) insufficient permission to post to group
Recommendation
Your Facebook Group may not yet be setup to work with Vista Social. Please make sure the Vista Social app is installed in your Group's settings. This is the only way Facebook allows third party tools, like Vista Social, to access Facebook Groups. If the error persists, please contact support.
(#200) Subject does not have permission to post videos on this target
Recommendation
You may not have granted Vista Social full permission to post to your Facebook Page or Group. To fully reset permissions, remove Vista Social from your Business Integrations list and re-connect the Page or Group. For groups, make sure the Vista Social app is installed in your Group's settings.
(#200) New Pages experience not supported: This endpoint is not supported in the new Pages experience.
Recommendation
You may have tried to publish a video post to a Facebook Group, posting as a Page. New Page Experience pages aren't able to post videos to groups via the API (how tools like Vista Social interact with Facebook). To fix this, make sure you are publishing to your group as your personal profile:
Unsupported request - method type: post
Recommendation
This is a known bug from Facebook's end - their engineers are aware and have been working to fix this since January of 2022. It's an intermittent issue, which from the latest updates, happens to less than 1% of posts that Facebook processes. You can find the bug report here
We recommend retrying the post in a few minutes.
