If your Facebook Reel failed to publish due to its aspect ratio, it’s likely because the video you uploaded is in landscape (horizontal), which is not supported for Reels.
Common error message
"Meta failed to process video. Aspect ratio of xx is greater than the maximum aspect ratio of 0.56 (9:16)... Error code: 1363040"
Recommendation
To successfully publish your video:
If your video is in landscape format (16:9 or similar), Facebook will reject it as a Reel. You can convert it to portrait format with an aspect ratio of 0.56 (9:16) or;

Instead, select "Video" in the Vista Social publisher when choosing how to publish your content. This option supports landscape videos.
In Vista Social, go back to your failed post.
Duplicate the post (or create a new one).
Choose “Video” instead of “Reel”.
Re-publish your content.
