What is a bulletin board?
TikTok bulletin boards are a one-to-many messaging feature that allows creators and businesses to share updates, announcements, and messages directly with their followers. Bulletin board posts help you communicate important information more directly outside of standard video content.

How to schedule a bulletin board post in Vista Social
Before proceeding, we recommend that you create a custom profile for your TikTok bulletin board first.
Auto-publishing is not available for TikTok bulletin boards in Vista Social. However, you can still plan and schedule your messages in advance using reminder notifications.
With reminder notifications, Vista Social sends a notification to your phone at the scheduled time so you can manually publish the bulletin board post in the TikTok app.
Start by crafting your message in the composer and adding your media through the camera or camcorder widget.
Choose reminder notification as the publishing method. You’ll then be prompted to select a device.
Choose the phone that has the Vista Social app downloaded (make sure you are already logged in), as this is where the reminder notification will be sent.
Once everything looks good, schedule your message.
At the scheduled time, you’ll receive a notification on your phone.
Open the notification and copy your message to the clipboard. We will automatically download your media to your phone as well.
If prompted, allow Vista Social access to your phone’s photos so your media (if you attached one) can be downloaded to your phone.
Open the TikTok app on your phone to finish sending your message to your bulletin board. Paste your message, attach your media, and share it.
