1. Self-Service Plans & Speed
Our Standard plans are designed for teams that prioritize fast onboarding and affordable pricing. By using standardized legal terms, we are able to keep these costs low.
Legal: Acceptance of our Standard Terms of Service and Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
Security: Access to our Security & Compliance Portal for self-service audits and certifications (SOC 2, etc.).
Billing: Automated monthly or annual billing via Credit Card.
|
Note Self-service plans do not support custom legal redlines, customized MSAs, or manual vendor portal onboarding. |
2. Enterprise Plans: Custom Compliance & Support
Enterprise plans are required for organizations that have formal procurement processes or require specific legal and security commitments.
Included Enterprise Services:
Negotiated Contracts: We work with your legal team to review redlines and MSAs.
Security Questionnaires: Our security team will complete your organization’s specific risk assessments.
Procurement Portals: We support onboarding through systems like Coupa, Ariba, or GEP.
Custom Financials: Support for Purchase Orders (PO) and manual invoicing.
3. When Enterprise is Required
To avoid delays in your software rollout, please note that an Enterprise plan is automatically required if your organization requires any of the following:
Modification of our standard Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
Completion of third-party security or compliance questionnaires.
Onboarding via a vendor management portal.
Negotiated indemnification, liability limits, or custom SLAs.
Not Sure Which Path to Take?
If you aren't sure if your company requires these items, we recommend checking with your Legal or Procurement department.
