Get some analytics on your connected profiles by generating a comprehensive report through Vista Social! This guide discusses how to run a report or schedule one and have it sent to your email at a later time.
How to run, schedule, or customize reports in Vista Social
- To schedule a report in Vista Social, first select the social profiles you wish to schedule the report for.
- Then, head over to Reports from the main menu.
- When you navigate to Reports, all report types are readily available in the dashboard.

On the left side is where you select the report type you want to run. Clicking any report loads it into the dashboard.
a. Core reports (e.g., Profile performance, Post performance)
b. Additional reports (e.g., Competitor analysis, Sentiment analysis, Paid performance, etc.)
- At the top right, you can pick a specific date range, period of comparison, or export your report. You can export your reports in a PDF, CSV, or a shareable link.

If you would like to schedule a report for the future, click on Schedule report. Your schedule reports will appear in the Calendar. Learn more here.
