Follow the steps below to connect your Instagram Business or Creator profile to Vista Social.

Note Vista Social uses Facebook login to connect Instagram Business and Creator profiles, which gives you access to analytics and more features. Make sure your Instagram profile is connected to a Facebook Page. |
How to connect your Instagram Business or Creator profile
1. Log in to your Vista Social account and go to Quick add → Add a social profile.
2. Choose the profile group you want to add the profile to. If the profile group isn't on the list yet, click Create new profile group. Then click Continue.
3. Find Instagram in the list and click Connect.
4. Select Business or Creator and click Connect Business or Creator Profile.
5. You'll be redirected to Facebook. Log in to the Facebook profile that has access to the Instagram profile you want to connect. See How do I link my Instagram Business or Creator profile to a Facebook page?.
6. If this is your first time connecting a Facebook or Instagram profile to Vista Social, review the permissions and click Continue.
7. Select the Instagram profile you want to connect and click Connect at the bottom of the screen.
8. Once the profile is connected, you'll get a notification and the profile will appear under Profile Management.

Note Due to Meta API limitations, auto-publishing, analytics, and engagement are only available for Instagram Business and Creator profiles. Personal profiles can only use notification publishing.
