How to open the Vista Social app in Canva

1. Go to Canva.com.

2. In the left menu, click Apps.

3. Search for Vista Social and select the app.

4. Choose Use in a new design or Use in existing design.

5. Your design opens with the Vista Social panel on the left.

AI caption generator

In the Captions tab, generate a caption for your post with Vista Social's AI:

  • Generate caption: Get a caption based on your inputs.
  • Leave fields blank: Get a surprise caption for inspiration.
  • Language: Choose the caption's language.
  • Tone of voice (optional): For example, friendly, professional, witty, or inspirational.
  • Topic (optional): For example, marketing tips, product launches, or real estate highlights.
  • Include keywords (optional): Add comma-separated words or hashtags, for example: summer, Instagram, #openhouse.

 

How to export your design to Vista Social

1. In the Vista Social panel, open the Export tab and click Export design.

2. Choose the format (for example, PNG, MP4, or PDF) and the pages to export. Exporting several pages lets you schedule a carousel or multi-image post.

3. Wait for the export to finish, then click Continue in Vista Social.

4. In the browser pop-up, click Continue.

5. Your design opens in the Vista Social post composer, ready to publish.

Tips

  • Stay logged in to Vista Social in another browser tab, so the export works.
  • The app is available to all users and supports most Canva file types, including images, videos, and PDFs.
  • To export several designs, export them one at a time.
