Tags (formerly media labels) help you keep your media library organized. Add tags to images, videos, and other media so you can filter and find them quickly.
How to add tags to media
1. In the Publisher, click the image icon in the composer field and choose an upload option. You can also go to the Media Library and click Add media.
2. Once the media is uploaded, click the three-dot icon on the item and select Settings.

3. In the media settings, go to the tags field. Select an existing tag, or start typing a new one and click Create.
4. To tag media you uploaded earlier, go to the Media Library, click the three-dot icon on the item, and select Settings. Add or change tags, then click Update.
5. Use your tags to filter the media library.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are media tags separate from post tags?
A: No. Your workspace has one shared set of tags, so the same tags are available for media, posts, inbox messages, ideas, and tasks.
Q: How do I rename or remove a media tag?
A: Go to Settings → Tags and select the tag. Changes apply everywhere the tag is used.

Note Labels are now tags. Your existing media labels carried over as tags, and media now shares the same set of tags as posts, inbox, ideas, and tasks. Manage them all in Settings → Tags. Learn more in How to create and manage tags. |
