Tagging your media (formerly labeling) is an easy way to keep your library organized. You can tag many media items at once from the media library.
How to bulk tag your media
1. Go to your Media Library and select the media items you want to tag.
2. Click Add tag in the bulk action bar.
3. Select your tags and click Save.

Q: Who can create or manage tags?
A: Anyone can apply the tags they have access to. Creating, renaming, merging, or deleting tags needs the Manage tags permission. Members with Use only access don't see Settings → Tags. Learn more in Who can create and manage tags.

Note Labels are now tags. Your existing media labels carried over as tags, and you can manage all of them in Settings → Tags. Learn more in How to create and manage tags. |
