How to import your media from Canva – Vista Social

Import your Canva designs straight into Vista Social, so you can schedule and publish them without downloading and uploading files.

Note

You can import both images and videos from Canva. Designing graphics with the Canva integration is only available for images.

How to import media from Canva

1. In the post composer, write your content, click the media icon, and select Canva.

2. Log in to your Canva account and click Allow to give Vista Social access. You only need to do this once.

3. Select one or more designs and click Select to import them.

4. Choose the export quality. 100 is the highest resolution. Then click Continue.

5. Your designs are imported. Select the ones you want to include in your post.

The other imported designs are saved in your Media Library. You can now publish or schedule your post.

In the Media Library, click Add media > Add image > Canva, then follow steps 2 to 4 above.

Q: Do connected Canva accounts count toward my social profile limit?

A: No. Canva accounts are only used to import designs, so they don't count toward your connected social profiles or affect your billing.

Q: Can I send designs from inside Canva instead?

A: Yes. Use the Vista Social app in Canva. See Vista Social App Integration in Canva.
