Once you've set up an approval workflow that enhances your team's efficiency, you may want to apply the same workflow to other profile groups. Here's how you can easily replicate your approval workflows across multiple profile groups in Vista Social, saving time and ensuring consistency.

1. Go to Settings → Publishing Settings → Approval Workflows.
2. Find the approval workflow that you want to duplicate. Click on the action button on the right side and click Duplicate.
3. The approval workflow setup screen will now appear. Time to make your changes, such as changing your workflow's name, the profile group it belongs to, and the steps it contains.
4. Once you're done, don't forget to hit Save workflow.
