How to resolve "target audience too small" error
To resolve the "target audience too small" error on LinkedIn, consider these options:

Increase the Target Audience: Expand your target audience by increasing your follower count on your LinkedIn company page.

Skip Targeting: If your audience is just too small (i.e. page does not have enough followers and is sill growing), you can choose to skip targeting altogether. By doing so, your post will still reach your entire follower base, irrespective of location preferences.
