Need to connect a social media network, but lack the owner/admin access to do so? No problem! You can invite users who have the necessary permissions to connect social media profiles to your Vista Social account.
🎥 Video Guide
- Go to Quick Add and click Add Team Member.
- Fill in the user's name and email address and select Invite as Restricted User. Then click Continue.
- Choose the profile group that you would like the user to connect the social profile(s) to:
- Next, invite them as a Restricted User to grant them specific permissions for ‘connecting and removing profiles’. Make sure that the ‘Profiles’ dropdown is set to Manage.

Note: You may also make customizations to the other permissions accordingly. |
- The user will receive an invitation via email to set up their account.
- The user will be able to connect to the social media profile/s you need them to connect.
