Changing your login email address
- Go to Settings → Account Settings → Account Details.

On the Account Details page, edit your email address and click Save changes.

Check your inbox to confirm the email change.
Changing your password
On Settings, go to Account Settings → Security.

Type in your current password, then your new password in the required fields, then hit Change password.

You will receive an email to notify you about your recent password change.
Important For your protection, Vista Social enforces an account lockout after 3 unsuccessful login attempts. This applies to:
The lockout lasts for 30 minutes. If you notice any unusual account activity or lockout reports, please let us know immediately. This is an extra layer of security to safeguard your account. |
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I tried to change my email, but received the message: "User with this email belongs to another organization."
A: This means the email address you’re trying to use is already associated with another Vista Social account.
If you still have access to that account, you can update the email there to free it up.
