For your own email
If the red banner at the top of your account states, "Your email is undeliverable or you blocked emails from Vista Social," follow these steps:

- The banner indicates your email is undeliverable (e.g., full inbox, invalid address) or you marked Vista Social emails as spam.

Fix the issue:

If you marked emails as spam:
- Go to your email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook).
- Check your Spam folder for emails from Vista Social.
