To connect Snapchat to Vista Social, you need a Public Profile for your business. Unlike a regular account, a Public Profile gives you access to insights, saved stories, lenses, and commerce features.

If you already have a Public Profile, skip to Step 2.

Step 1: Set up a Public Profile for your business

1. Go to Snapchat Ads Manager and log in to your Snapchat account, or create a new one.

2. Fill in your business name, business email, and your name. Then click Next.

3. Select your country and currency, enter your business phone number, and click Next.

4. Create your Public Profile. You can keep your existing username or pick a new one. Then click Create Public Profile.

Your Public Profile is now ready to connect. Setting up campaigns in Snapchat Ads Manager is optional, and you can do it later.

Step 2: Connect your Public Profile to Vista Social

1. Log in to your Vista Social account and go to Quick add → Add a social profile.

2. Choose the profile group you want to add the profile to. If the profile group isn't on the list yet, click Create new profile group. Then click Continue.
