If you want to have clients/colleagues review posts without inviting them as team members, you can do so by modifying your approval workflow and then using a Shared Calendar with them.

How to schedule posts that can be reviewed without logging in
1. Create an Approval Workflow and mark the step for your client/colleague as a Shared calendar.
2. After creating your post, click the Assign button. Then, select Assign to workflow and choose the workflow you created. Click Assign, then Schedule.
3. In your Publishing Calendar, click the Export icon and choose Share.
4. If you'd like to show 'in review' posts regardless if it is or aren't supposed to be approved by a shared calendar viewer yet, toggle the button below on.
|
Important We recommend this be turned off to avoid confusion with clients/external reviewers when it's not their turn to approve posts yet. |
5. Optionally, you can also choose a date range for the posts, set an expiration date for the link, and add a password for additional security.
6. The shareable link will then appear for you to copy and send to those you want to give it to.
7. When a client or colleague accesses your shared calendar link, they can approve or reject posts in review and leave a note with it. We'll just ask for their name/email so you can track who reviewed the post.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does my shared calendar link limit also affect the number of people I can share it with?
A: No. The limit only applies to the number of shared calendar links you can create, not how many people you can share them with.
You can send the same link to as many users as you want. Your plan’s limit only applies to how many unique links you can generate.
