Before diving into the steps, let's review the available Call-to-Action options for Google My Business posts. These options can enhance engagement and encourage specific actions from your audience. Here are the available options:

How to add a Call-to-Action button to Google My Business posts
Start creating your post in Vista Social
Select your GMB profile in the profile selector on the left side of the publisher window, then start creating your post!
Choose a CTA button on the right side preview
Once you're done crafting your caption, head over to the right-side preview and click on the "Select call to action" dropdown menu. Choose from a selection of CTAs that you can use for your post.
Add your link for your CTA button
Once you've picked the right Call to Action for your GMB post, you'll want to add a link to where you want your users to be taken when they click on your CTA button.
You can do so by clicking the link icon below the composer box and adding your URL link, or by adding it in your caption.
Publish your GMB post
Once you're done adding your link, that's it! You can now publish your post to Google My Business, and it should look something like this:
