Accessing your profile's details page
First, head to your Connected profiles page by clicking Settings > Connected Profiles.

Next, just click on your profile to access its details

You'll now be able to see your profile's details. Keep reading below to get details on each section.
Â
Profile Details
Here are some additional insights into each section of the profile details listed on this page.
1. Status
This will let you know if there are any issues we may be having in connecting to your profile. You'll get email notifications, of course, but this is a high-level overview of its status.
2. Type
The kind of profile (ex: Instagram Profile, Facebook Page, YouTube Channel, etc.)
3. Connected
The date on which you first connected this profile to your Vista Social account.
4. Connected by
The user (of your Vista Social account) that connected this profile.

Profile Groups
This section lists any profile group that this profile resides within. This means users with the right permission to these profile groups can publish content and take other actions with this profile.
You can click Manage profile groups to add or remove this profile from any profile group(s) you have access.

Publishing Queues
Any time slots you've added for this profile's Publishing queue will be shown here. You can also click on the label "[10] posts in the queue" to bring up a list of any scheduled posts that are a part of this queue, or add a new slot but clicking on the button at the top left.

Custom Fields
The custom field variables you have created like URLs, locations and websites that are unique to each of your social profiles will be shown here. You can also add a new custom field by clicking the + plus icon at the top right of this section.

Boost Settings
The boost configurations that you have set up for your profile (if there's any) will show up here. You can also add a new boost by clicking the + plus icon at the top right of this section.
