This policy explains how nonprofit discounts work for Vista Social subscriptions, including eligibility, permitted use, and what happens if the terms aren't met.
SECTION 1. ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the nonprofit discount, your organization must be a registered nonprofit or charity in your country of operation. Vista Social may request proof of registration, such as official documentation, to confirm eligibility.
SECTION 2. PERMITTED USE
Your nonprofit subscription must be used exclusively to promote, manage, and support social media for your nonprofit's official channels. This includes creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with your community, and reporting on performance for your nonprofit's channels.
SECTION 3. PROHIBITED USE
You may not use a nonprofit subscription to manage or promote social media for for-profit brands, businesses, or individuals. This applies even if the service is provided for free, at a discount, or as part of a collaboration.
SECTION 4. MAINTAINING YOUR DISCOUNT
Your discount remains active as long as you continue to meet the eligibility and usage requirements above. If we determine a subscription is being used for ineligible activities, we may remove the discount or move the account to a standard paid plan.
SECTION 5. PRIVACY AND COMPLIANCE
Vista Social handles personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. We only process information needed to verify eligibility and provide your service, and we don't share it with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
SECTION 6. POLICY UPDATES
We may update this policy from time to time to keep it clear and fair. If a change affects your eligibility or discount, we'll let you know in advance.
