If you're experiencing an issue with the Vista Social mobile app, sending a screen recording can help us resolve your issue faster. Follow the instructions below to record your screen on your mobile device.
iPhone (iOS)
Enable screen recording (first-time only)
- Go to Settings → Control Center.
- Tap + Screen Recording to add it to your Control Center.
Record your screen
- Open Control Center:
- On iPhone X or later: Swipe down from the top-right corner.
- On iPhone 8 or earlier: Swipe up from the bottom.
- Tap the record button (●).
- Wait for the 3-second countdown, then perform the steps you want to record.
- To stop:
- Tap the red status bar at the top, then tap Stop,
or - Reopen Control Center and tap the record button again.
- Tap the red status bar at the top, then tap Stop,

Android

Start a screen recording
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings.
- Tap Screen Record (or Screen Recorder).
- If not visible, tap the pencil/edit icon to add it.
- Choose options (audio, touches), then tap Start.
- Perform the actions you want to record.
- Swipe down again and tap Stop when done.
Your recording will be saved in the Gallery or Photos app, typically under Screen Recordings.
Share your recording with support
Once recorded:
- Open your Photos or Gallery app.
- Find the screen recording.

Share it with the device you are contacting us from and select your preferred method:
- Attach to your existing support ticket
- Send it to us with details on your issue
- Upload to Google Drive or Dropbox and share the link
