1. Verify you're logged into the correct Vista Social account
Ensure that you are logged into the same Vista Social account on your mobile app as on the web platform. Being logged into a different account will prevent notifications from being delivered to your device. On your mobile app, go to your Account Settings and check your email address.
2. Check your mobile device’s notification settings
Confirm that notifications are enabled for the Vista Social app on your phone. This will vary depending on the device you're using.

iOS:
Go to Settings → Notifications → Vista Social and ensure Allow Notifications is enabled. -
Android:
Go to Settings → Apps → Vista Social → Notifications and confirm that notifications are turned on.
3. Confirm your device status is active in Vista Social
Notifications will only be sent if your device is marked as active within Vista Social.
To verify:

Check that your Device Status is set to Active.
