Got support requests sliding into your DMs? Now you can send them straight to Zendesk from your Vista Social inbox. This feature keeps everything flowing smoothly between your social and support teams.

Connecting Zendesk to Vista Social
To get started:

Click the Quick Add plus icon

Pick the profile group where Zendesk will live.

Select Zendesk from the list.

Enter your Zendesk subdomain & login
Linking a Social Profile to a Zendesk Contact
After connecting:

Go to your Inbox and click on the name of an audience member.

A new section will appear for Zendesk.

Under the 'User" section, use the search to find the matching Zendesk contact.

Link them to the social profile.
That link stays in place, making ticket creation easy moving forward.
Creating and Managing Tickets
You can create a ticket with or without a linked user:

Click Create Ticket on the engagement in question:

Add a title and description, and optional fields such as priority, type and tags.

Click Submit and a new Zendesk ticket is created instantly.

View and update the ticket status without leaving Vista Social.
Updates made here show up in Zendesk too, keeping everything in sync.
