A great video thumbnail or cover is your chance to make a strong first impression. Here's how to customize your video thumbnail or cover in the Vista Social mobile app to match your brand's preferences and style.
Uploading custom images for video thumbnails
|
Note: YouTube thumbnails must be below 2MB, in accordance with YouTube's guidelines. |
1. In the Publisher or Media Library, upload your video, click the three-dot action button on it's thumbnail, and select Pick thumbnail.
|
Note: Make sure video processing is turned on if you want to add a sound to your video. |
2. The Thumbnail picker will open. You may upload an image as your video thumbnail from:
- Your phone's gallery
- Pick an existing image from the media library
- Select a specific frame from the video
- Pick from the frame suggestions below
|
Note: Make sure your thumbnail matches your video's dimensions. For example, if your video is 1080x1920, your thumbnail should be the same. |
3. After you upload your image, click Save.
4. That's it! When you schedule a post with that video, Vista Social will make sure to use that thumbnail.
