How to increase your profile or user limit
Professional and Advanced plans
To get a higher profile or user limit, upgrade to the next plan. If you have a special case, contact our support team.
Scale and Enterprise plans
You can add more profiles (in increments of 10 on the Scale plan) and more users to your subscription. Go to Settings → Plan and Billing and follow the steps in Changing your subscription or billing details.
Annual billing
Every plan is available with yearly billing, which saves 20% compared to paying monthly. See the pricing page for a full breakdown of each plan's features.
