How can I reply to reviews in Vista Social?
To reply to reviews you received from Google My Business and Facebook recommendations, navigate to the Reviews section and locate the review/s you want to reply to.
For Google My Business and Facebook recommendations reviews, a reply box should appear, allowing you to craft your response. Type your response and click "Reply" to publish it.
You may use the help of our AI assistant tool to help you craft the perfect response to your reviews!
For social profiles with only review monitoring available, you can still view them in your "Reviews" section. Clicking on the checkmark will mark the review as "acknowledged", while clicking on the social profile icon should take you to the actual review page.
