Our AI Assistant, powered by ChatGPT, can help you save time by offering you options of responses to reviews right from Vista Social's reviews section.

How to respond to reviews with AI Assistant

1. To start, head to Reviews. Once you've found the review you want to respond to, click on the magic wand widget .

2. A reply will be automatically generated for you once you do this. There are two ways in which the AI Assistant can help you reply to conversations:

Different options to use the AI Assistant tool

Guided mode

1. In this mode, the prompt "Reply to review..." and the specific review you're replying to will be placed in the text box by default.

2. You can then choose between various tones and formats to match how you want to improve your reply. You can also set up your brand's voice to tailor the improved message according to demeanor and communication style.

Guided mode customizations:

1. Tone: choose which attitude, style, or emotional expression you would like to convey to your audience. It could either be funny, promotional, engaging, etc.

2. Format: select what specific arrangement, layout, or structure you would prefer for your text. This could either be a shortened, expanded, or rephrased text.

3. Goal: sets what you want the post to achieve (for example: educate, engage, or drive clicks).

4. CTA type: controls what action you ask people to take at the end of the post.

5. Brand voice: your brand voice reflects the demeanor and communication style of your brand.

6. Knowledge: Set up and train knowledge bases with your data so AI can generate more grounded, context-aware content.

Advanced mode

1. In this mode, you can provide the AI Assistant with a detailed description of the response you're looking to create. You can start with a prompt such as "Reply/respond to...". The only limit is what you can imagine.

2. In this example, we're replying to a message from a user who wants to collaborate with us. Notice how the user described the tone, attitude, and length of the post. When we're ready, we'll click Generate caption.

3. Vista Social's AI Assistant will create a reply based on your prompt. You can click Generate caption again to have it create multiple variations for you as well.

Saving replies for future use

If the review you're replying to is something that's said pretty often, you can save the response to reuse again in the future by clicking on the checkmark beside it and clicking Save selected.

This will save you time on these repetitive tasks.
